ICE SIGNAL Extender · Concept · Coming this winter

Bring the signal into your shack.

The ICE SIGNAL Extender is a small, tough plug-in unit for your fish house. It joins the ICE SIGNAL network on its own and puts strong Wi-Fi right where you sit. Plug it in and go fishing.

How the signal gets to you

  1. 1 · Base station

Satellite-backed ICE SIGNAL base on the lake.

  2. 2 · Extender

Plugs into 12V or 120V and joins the mesh automatically.

  3. 3 · Your shack & neighbors

Strong Wi-Fi inside, and better coverage for nearby shacks.

What it does

  • Plugs into your fish house. Runs on 12V or 120V power, whatever your shack has.
  • Joins the mesh automatically. It finds the nearest ICE SIGNAL base station by itself. No setup on the ice.
  • Extends Wi-Fi to your shack and your neighbors. Stronger signal inside, and it helps nearby shacks too.
  • Take it to any ICE SIGNAL lake. Every ICE SIGNAL location uses the same network, so it works wherever you set up.

Your pass follows your login, not the router. Passes are tied to your ICE SIGNAL account, so the same pass works at any ICE SIGNAL lake.

The Extender works within range of the ICE SIGNAL network. It doesn't create internet on its own. Details and availability are still being finalized.

Extend the range of your own setup

  • More range, fewer dead spots. Place an Extender to carry Wi-Fi farther across the ice and into more fish houses.
  • For your own setup or your resort's. Use it to stretch an ICE SIGNAL location or a resort's own guest network to the shacks that need it.
  • Hardware for range, not resale. The Extender boosts coverage. It doesn't turn anyone's connection into a paid hotspot.

Specs, pricing and availability are still being finalized. Questions? Email info@icesignal.net.
